Why hire a recruiter?
Expedience, need for confidentiality, or your internal management is too busy or unqualified to conduct the search. Perhaps the opening is a replacement for an existing employee, for a sensitive position within the hierarchy, for a job where candidates are not available internally, for a new division or business activity, or where revelation of an opening might create morale problems, a recruiter can help avoid the risk of premature disclosure. Resumes do not depict personalities and sometimes are not a true representation of the candidate. The resumes of premier candidates sometimes don’t reflect the quality of the candidate. We find out by actually talking with multiple candidates to find the best.
